We only ship items within Canada. We offer free ground shipping to all Canadian Provinces (Territories may have additional cost) on all orders over $150. We ship through Canada Post and Purolator depending on availability. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for orders to be processed. Items on back order through the manufacturers are beyond our control and may take an extra 1 to 2 weeks.
CPAP Global ships products from our top secret high security world distribution centre located deep in the heart of the Kootenay Mountains of British Columbia, Canada. As Such we are unable to offer direct client product pick-ups.
CPAP Global will accept returns on any unopened products with 30 days. Please note that we will not accept returns on any opened masks. For all machines, we will accept returns of opened boxes within 15 days.the machine must have less that 3hrs use and all packing materials must be returned with the unit. A 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original price and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us by email first for troubleshooting and then, if required, an RMA# will be issued to you via email. Please note that CPAP Global is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred warranty returns.
Warranty claim decisions are the solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office, use courier with package tracking. Upon receipt, unit will be evaluated for warranty, and replacement will be sent within 2 business days if warranty is applicable.
Water damage or misuse are not covered by warranty . If failure is not the result of a manufacturing defect you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no charge, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer at your expense (repair quote will be issued before machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices.
